Ray Thomas is a native of San Antonio, Texas and has been a real estate broker since 1986.  He has over 20 years sales and marketing experience.  His past real estate experience included new homes sales counseling with a local builder, and worked for a large real estate company where he was a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club and in the top 10% among over 100 real estate agents.  He is also a Texas Mortgage Broker, license 52423, and a licensed affiliate with Megamerica Mortgage Group, Inc. 

Ray Thomas earned an Associate in Arts, Cum Laude, degree from Del Mar College, Corpus Christi, Texas, and, a Bachelor of Science, University High Honors, degree in Occupational Education from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  Ray is a retired Senior Chief Legalman, U. S. Navy, and, proud to have served on various U. S. submarines and submarine staffs.

Ray's in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Finance, Law, Appraisal, Property Management, Contracts, Taxation, Marketing, Effective Buyer Representation, New Home Construction, and Home Inspections.  Ray is a designated REALTOR member of the San Antonio Board REALTORS, member of the Texas and National Association of REALTORS, and Member and past President of the San Antonio Independent Real Estate Professionals (IREP).
